By booking a retreat or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other applicable policies or guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in any of our retreats or services.

2. Booking and Payment

All retreat bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Full payment for the retreat is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 3. Cancellations and Refunds

Tatsat Yoga Retreats reserves the right to ask any participant to refrain from certain activities or to leave the retreat if their health and safety or the safety of others is at risk.

5. Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to be respectful of others and the retreat environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or substance abuse, will result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund. Silence or meditation periods, as well as shared accommodations, require mutual respect and consideration from all guests.

6. Changes to Retreats and Programs

Tatsat Yoga Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, venue, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund if applicable. We are not responsible for any personal or travel-related expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations.

7. Liability

Tatsat Yoga Retreats is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to property incurred during your participation in the retreat, workshops, or classes. By participating in our retreats, you agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and safety while attending our programs.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in a retreat, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated. If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please notify the organizer upon arrival.
